Phase 8: Deliverables
Issue a list of key deliverables that need to be created in order for the revenue growth strategy to come to life.
- Fancy presentations and “recommendations” do not translate into revenue growth numbers. Without a clear answer to the question “what do I get”, an attempt to grow revenue can result in nothing more than an academic exercise.
- A list of deliverables, a detailed description of each, and an explanation of how they will be used by the team.
